What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

Just spending time with the cats! Every cat has such a distinct personality that makes them unique. I currently don’t have a cat of my own so I really enjoy getting to spend time with other people’s cats, while providing a fun and safe environment.

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

I want to ensure that I am a good fit for a cat before agreeing to care for them. I do a meet and greet to meet the cat, the parent, and familiarize myself with the cat’s home. I also request a written plan for each cat including likes, dislikes, feeding schedule, etc. I love to provide cat parents with daily pictures and updates. My goal is to make sure everyone is comfortable.

Are you usually available during holidays?

I am often available for cat care over the holidays. My family is not local and we usually choose an alternate day to spend together.

Once again, Katelynn was amazing! my cat was well taken care of during an 8 day trip. Katelynn stops in twice per day for feeding, playtime and litter box cleaning. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
