We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Katelynn while she cared for our two cats for an entire week. From the very beginning, she was incredibly thorough - she took detailed notes, asked thoughtful questions, and really took the time to understand both our home and the dynamics between our cats. She was consistently punctual with every visit and communicated promptly, striking the perfect balance between flagging any concerns and sharing genuinely joyful updates. Her photos were outstanding - truly some of the best pet photos we’ve ever received, and honestly on par with professional pet photography. She was also extremely respectful of our home, followed every instruction exactly as requested, and handled small issues with a calm, intuitive, and pragmatic approach. We felt completely at ease knowing our cats and our home were in such capable hands, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for reliable, thoughtful, and high-quality pet care.

Katelynn took such great care of my cat while I was out of town. She provided daily updates and pictures. My cat can be finicky but she was able to get him to play, take his meds and give him extra pets. I felt comfortable leaving him while I out of town with Katelynn watching him!

My cat is super shy, so I was shocked when Katelynn sent me a photo of her petting her. Not to mention that my cat is not exactly photogenic and in the photo she looked happy..
