I grew up with pets - cats specifically - my entire life. I currently have just 2 cats, but both have special needs/health issues. Over the years I have particularly sought out abandoned cats in need. Cats with disabilities. Cats who are shy or need special care. I have a love of all felines and am patient with them knowing that each has their own unique personality. With time and love you get to see the real inner personality of each cat. I have had several special needs cats in particular the last 20 years. Ones that have required medications or special care. Elaine is amazing!! She really is a cat whisperer. Our cat is normally nervous around new people but Elaine was so wonderful and calming with her. She has had many cats and is clearly very comfortable and skilled with giving medication and injections because she has had no trouble giving our nervous kitty fluids. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
