This was our 3rd time with Monroe watching our cat, and they again went above and beyond! With each visit a great picture of our normally very shy cat was sent and they communicate excellently regarding details on our cats behavior and key exchange. Very thankful for their help and highly recommend!

Monroe was a wonderful first experience for us as a cat sitter during our wedding and honeymoon! Our cat is on the shy side and they took the time for him to warm up to them. They sent daily pictures and even after a miscommunication responded quickly and corrected the mistake! They also brought packages inside unprompted, which was very much appreciated. We are very thankful and hope to use Monroe as a cat sitter again in the future!

Monroe is the best cat sitter!!! Honestly, we have a grumpy 18 year old cat who is quite a character and requires a little extra love and care. Not only did Monroe manage to charm him, but they went above and beyond with making our grumpy cat feel loved and comfortable in our absence. They made us relax and enjoy our vacation, while also giving our cat one as well!

Mo was not only a great caretaker of my two cats, but she is an excellent communicator, as well. I would recommend her to anyone who is even a little anxious about having someone take care of their cats. Mo is trustworthy and respectful. Highly recommended!

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
