Elyse was wonderful! She was reliable and provided informative updates through the app. My cat really took to her and she did a great job administering her diabetes medication!

Elyse showed up on time taking good care of our cats. Binx is a very shy cat who runs for the basement when strangers come into our house. Binx appears to like Elyse as he plays with her and allows his picture to be taken with her.

The cat reservation went very well. Not having used a professional cat sitting service we had our reservation moving forward with the service. We invited Elyse to come to our house and see the layout of the house and meet our two cats before the service started. We paid for the meeting but we felt that the meeting was worth it. I might add that Elyse volunteered to water our plants while we were away. This activity was above our expectations. We will try to use Elyse as our cat sitter in the future.

She did a great job checking on the cats and making sure they got their treats and play time! I always got excellent updates ,pics, and videos. This is the second time she has helped us and i will book her again !

This is the first time we've ever left our cat with a sitter because of our worries about her needs. I would probably jump in front of a moving bus for my cat, I can't emphasize my attachment to her enough. I know most pet owners can empathize! So trust me when I say Elyse went above and beyond. She is very caring and detailed and receptive to all our requests. We went from never having traveled for 8 years without our cat to being so comforted while away by having her in Elyse's good hands. This was the first time I used Meowtel, and Elyse did a great job of reporting the same time each day, with extra clean up required each day because of bad boy(s), with some playtime, and reporting back soon after the appointment with how things went including pictures. Elyse was great at updating us on our cats! One cat is more social and she played with him and sent us lots of pics,videos and updates! She kept the litters cleaned and made sure to find our very shy cat and let us know where she saw him and gave them their treats!
