What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I have over 10 years of experience in cat sitting on and off. I have never made it public-mostly for neighbors, friends and family members. I treat every kitty I meet with the same deserving love, respect and kindness. I have been working with and around cats in shelters for over 10 years as well.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

What I enjoy most about cat sitting is EVERYTHING!😺 But more specifically is the opportunity to bond with different cats and their unique personalities, providing companionship and comfort while their owners are away. My heart is so full of joy when I am able to create a peaceful environment for them and remove some of the confusion they might be experiencing. I also feel relieved in knowing I am helping both the cat/cats and their owners by ensuring a safe and loving atmosphere. The satisfaction of building trust with these beautiful souls is incredibly rewarding!

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

Yes! Two very vocal female sister kitties that I found abandoned downtown Las Vegas(where I just moved back from). An orange tabby named Kash who is a feisty girl. She will definitely let you know when she wants affection, play time and scratchies. She is an independent girl and I respect her boundaries 1000%. I also have a calico named Ryder and she is my soul kitty. She was the “runt of the litter” and I had to bottle feed her. She has been attached to me at the hip and on my shoulder ever since. There is nowhere I can walk without her following me. My heart melts everyday and I’m grateful for what these two verrrry different and unique girls have taught and continue to teach me. 🫶🏽😻

I can’t say enough good things about Teresa! She’s such a kind and empathetic person, and you can really tell how much she loves cats. She treated mine like they were her own and made sure they felt happy and comfortable while I was away. She was also super respectful of my home and kept in great touch with updates and photos. I felt totally at ease knowing they were in her care. Couldn’t ask for a better cat sitter!

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
