"Teresa took care of our three cats, Todd, Henry, and Paulie, twice a day while we were away on a five-day trip, and she was absolutely wonderful. Two of our cats have special needs — one is on a prescription renal diet with daily medication, and another takes daily supplements and has arthritis — and Teresa followed every instruction perfectly, including working our portion-controlled feeders. What amazed us most is how quickly the cats took to her. Paulie is a 15-year-old rescue with serious trust issues who has never let anyone outside our family get close to him with a brush — Teresa brushed him and he didn't even flinch. And Todd, who communicates using recordable buttons and in over four years had only ever used them with me, actually talked to her with his buttons and asked her for a brushing. That has never happened with anyone else, ever. She sent us updates after every visit, kept the litter boxes and water dishes exactly as asked, and left everything in perfect order when we got home. Our cats were calm, happy, and clearly well loved while we were gone. We would book Teresa again without a second's hesitation — she is truly one of a kind."

"Jeanne is more than amazing! we were in Serbia for 16 days and I’ve never left them at home before (we even take them on car trips) and to say I was nervous is an understatement. Jeanne was communicating with us daily- I always felt updated and in the loop. and we didn’t have to worry at all- we had photos, videos, and she event got our shy cat out of hiding and when we came back I swear they are in better condition then we left. "Theresa is absolutely amazing. I was so nervous leaving my 3 fur babies for the first time for vacation. She stopped over and did a meet and greet and took the time to see my babies and find out what they needed and they're routine. Roo is my most shy cat and I was thinking she may not even come out the whole time. The FIRST night I got a picture of Roo having a blast!! I highly recommend Theresa and will be booking with her again in the future!!"

Our shy guy who needs twice daily meds really put her to the test with his new hiding spots. Stephanie was very patient and thorough in her search for him and had great communication with us to problem solve. Our other three cats love her company. Our oldest girl was having a health issue and needed multiple medicines and Stephanie was able to administer them all easily.
