If a cat wants to play I am up for playing, but if a cat is weary of pets and playing, I respect that wholeheartedly. Either way, all cats with their different personalities deserve the tip-top care and love... Hello, my name is Mo, long time cat lover. I got my first cat (Dora) during covid when the cat distribution system decided her and her sister were going to win my family’s hearts.
I enjoy meeting all cats where they are at and respecting their space and boundaries they might set. If a cat wants to play I am up for playing, but if a cat is weary of pets and playing, I respect that wholeheartedly. Either way, all cats with their different personalities deserve the tip-top care and love.
While tending to cats, it would also be a priority to make sure the human’s needs are met too! So if there are certain things I can do in my time cat sitting to help you be at ease that your cat is receiving the best care, please let me know.
I do have a special place in my heart and have experience with disabled cats (my family cat is disabled), and understand the importance of timeliness when it comes to meds and cat care. So if you’re looking for someone with experience and a heart to learn new care techniques feel free to reach out!

I do have 2 precious cats! They are sisters from the same litter and their names are Dora and Bean.
Are you usually available during holidays?
Yes, I am available during holidays! I am also able to cater to the cats needs if it a particular noisy holiday (ie. July 4th) and they need extra care in that time.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
Having dealt with many anxious and timid cats in the past, I have found it tends to work best when I follow their lead as well as get tips from their owners. So allow them to come to me and set their boundaries, but if I have been informed of something that might help them be more apt to come out of their shell a bit, then I will give that a try. But when doing this, never push them to be more anxious.

Holiday Surcharge
Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
