What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I cat sir for my aunt and for friends I have been cat sitting for my family and friends for three years now
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
I love being around cats, cats make me happy I had to deal with a lot pf stuff as a kid and my cat has been with me throw it and gave me so much comfort.
Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?
When I was cat sitting for my aunt her cats got into the cat treats and where rolling around in it. That was joyful moment.

I have three cats name Kevin pickle and vegeta
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?
Chose someone you think you can trust and built a relationship with and that you think you can have catsit you cat again
What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?
I will typically start slow I will get a few feet from the cat and let them come to me and let me snif me, then I will let them do their thing I will clean the cat box when I get there if it hasnāt been clean if they need feeding I will feed them
How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?
I will lock the doors make sure nothing harmful to ingest is open, I will alos read over instructions on any medication or and health conditions
Are you usually available during holidays?
Yes I am I donāt usually do anything on holidays Iām usually not available Christmas or thanksgiving but Iām available beside that
What is your favorite cat toy?
I love the cat nip toys for MY cat but for other peopleās cat I would go with a cat fisher toy or any type of mouse toy
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
I take things slow with them I will usually use cat food so they know Iām just here to provide for them. I donāt go up to them I let them come to me

Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
