Danielle was awesome from the start! Responsive and attentive to my kitty’s specific needs right away, they communicated well and showed a strong commitment to care for Nami. When they visited me for the meet-and-greet, their love for cats was so apparent, so obvious. I received consistent updates, including conformation that she had taken her meds every morning, and when I returned, Nami was bright-eyed and happy to see me - but not extraordinarily so… She had been cared for and loved on so well, it was like I had never left at all. I strongly recommend Danielle, your pet(s) will be pampered, loved, and receive all their meds so that you can rest easy during your time away from your kitty. Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
