We've had Claire sit for us several times, she's our go-to sitter. I accidentally forgot to activate her door code this time. She tried getting in touch with everyone (we were not answering) and figured out another way to get in. Love that she's resourceful and didn't give up on feeding our cats, even though she knew it my husband would be home later.

Claire watched our 3 cats for a week over the holidays, and was so thorough and communicative throughout! They administered two different medications to one of our cats, checked in at the expected time every day, and handled some grumpy behavior from one of our kitties. Claire is amazing! They sent me lots of updates and even sent photos of my cat’s food when I requested. My cat had an upset stomach and Claire went above and beyond to find foods and snacks that would help my cat feel less nauseous and hydrate her. Claire was prepared with all kinds of treats and my cat loved them! They are willing to go the extra mile which means the world to me as someone who worries about leaving my cat alone for so long. She does tremendous with all 3, and we can tell over time that she is gaining the trust of the aggressive cat as he is not lashing out as much. Claire did an amazing job looking after my two cats. During the Meet-and-Greet, she was friendly and took lots of notes on feeding schedules, the cats' quirks, and all other instructions. During her visits, she provided wonderful updates and pictures. She always provided quick responses to my messages. One of my cats is shy and is very hesitant around strangers. Claire was patient, respected boundaries, and was kind. Eventually, my cat warmed up to her and even got a couple friendly sniffs in. And she gave my extroverted cat lots of snuggles and play time. Hahaha. Claire was also attentive and filled up their water dispenser to make sure they were all set for my return. I would recommend her services to anyone and would certainly request her services again.

This was our first time using a cat sitter service and we are so happy with how it went! One of our cats is a nervous guy and Claire took the time to let him adjust to them and by the last day, our cat felt comfortable enough to play and rub against them. :) Claire also sent really detailed updates on how our cats were doing, along with several photos and videos.
