Wow, so grateful! I have a very shy kitty, and have tried Meowtel a few times over the last couple of years with different sitters. Ainsley was the first sitter to coax Joey out of her shell. I didn’t plan on that happening, and it wasn’t an expectation for my sitter, so I am definitely amazed. Ainsley sent me multiple updates each visit, including photos and videos. This has been hands down the best experience both Joey and I have had with this service. I plan to reserve Ainsley for future needs, and can finally relax knowing both Joey’s physical and emotional needs are being met. It is clear that Ainsley cares about my pet and maximizes her time each visit. Couldn’t be happier!

Ainsley was amazing and immediately connected with my boy Ozzy, who is quite shy with strangers. She sent pictures and updates from each visit and took time to play and give him treats while I was gone. Very happy with her last minute help to cover my pet care needs!

Ainsley took great care of our old guy, administering medicine perfectly and handling accidents. We could tell he warmed up to her by the great photos and videos she sent each day. 😸

Ainsley did a great job with our three cats who tend to be anxious and not a fan of new people. She was consistent and built trust with them in the week we were gone. Ainsley made the most of her visits, giving our anxious cat his daily medication, playing with our high energy kitten, fending off our cat who complains, and still sending us plenty of pictures and updates.

This was the first time I booked a cat sitter who alleviated all my worries over leaving my clingy little buddies behind- especially my special needs guy with CH. Ainsley took great care of them and was quick to help out when our auto-feeder malfunctioned. Timely visits, great communication, and an adorable abundance of photo updates. We’ll be happy to book her again next time, for sure!

Ainsley took great care of our two cats. her communication was fantastic, we got pictures and video updates every day. Our cats are very shy around new people but they seemed to warm up to her after a few days. we’ll definitely be getting in touch with her again next time we go out of town!

Ainsley was great. She checked on our little guy a few times while we were away for the holidays and provided lots of updates and photos. She went above and beyond to help clean up after arriving day one to an unexpected exorcist level sick mess and did everything to make sure our cat was ok. Talk about a Trooper; Ainsley not only took great care of my cat, but she did so after having a terrible car accident. She immediately let me know what happened but assured me she would follow through caring for my kitty over the next few days, always sending me pictures and videos after each visit. She followed all instructions perfectly and was GREAT at communicating with me daily. I will hire her again. It’s nice to have such a trustworthy person to count on while away.

We felt very comfortable leaving our two senior kitties in Ainsley's care. One is shy, one is outgoing, and they both have different medication needs - Ainsley was able to juggle it all. She is also really great about responding to messages and sending updates with plenty of fun photos.
