Hi, I'm Brianna, a non-smoker originally from Portland, Oregon. I left a career as a software engineer back in 2019 to travel full-time, indulge in my photography passion, follow cats (yes, really), and run several online businesses. Brianna is a great pet sitter. She was so thorough - sending me photos every visit - and even sent me before and after pics of the cleaned litter boxes! Amazing. One of my cats requires daily medication and doesn't make it easy, but she handled it like a pro and gave him his meds every day! Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.

We know every kitty is different and that's why we offer tailored, in-home services since cats don't do well outside their own homes.
