Kat was great, she asked in-depth questions during the meet and greet to cover any scenario when I was away. She sent multiple pictures and videos of my kitties each time she visited with a detailed update. Definitely made my time away less stressful knowing they were un goid hands.

I can't say enough good things about Kat! She's attentive and caring and takes excellent notes so she never misses a thing. Our cats love her. She works to engage them in meaningful play, she does all the care taking tasks like kitty litter, food etc. and she sends wonderful updates with pictures and video. We know we can always count on her to take care of our babies when we're away!

He has always had a companion and we were worried about leaving on our trip with him mourning his brother. Kat took the time to give him the love and attention that actually brought him out of his shell. We really appreciate the sympathy cards and flowers sent to us when she found out about our cat passing away. She sent timely updates about Calvin with lots of beautiful pictures and videos that we looked forward to getting each day. She really put us at ease. We were happy to see our boy doing so well in her care. Kat is awesome and is our “go to”, from now on for all our kitty sitting needs.

Kat always does such a wonderful job looking after my kitties. My older boy has become quite grumpy with most people but she can always get him to accept some pets and playtime. My other kitty so far has never hidden from her as well! All the pictures and videos really help ease my mind when traveling and my husband even wants to print some of them out since they are so good :)

I was really apprehensive about going on a week long trip due to my kitty being a shy senior. My vet recommended looking into Meowtel, so after reading all of the reviews for sitters in my area I set up a reservation with Kat. From the very start of the meet and greet, I had a good feeling. Kat showed up on time and actually found my place, which sounds strange, but I live in an apartment complex where everything looks similar and that has been an issue for other things. My cat Willa is elderly, shy, and very particular about people. Kat was patient and moved at Willa's pace. By the end of the meet and greet, Willa actually let Kat pet her! During my trip, Kat sent me several pictures and videos each day, along with a description of how Willa was faring. This was especially important to me, since Willa was diagnosed with kidney disease immediately prior to my trip, and was/is still transitioning to a new diet. It was very clear from the videos that Willa enjoyed her interactions with Kat, which made it easier to relax on my trip. While it wasn't easy to be gone that long, I returned home last night to a happy, healthy, well cared for kitty. I will definitely be booking Kat next time I need a sitter.

Kat is just amazing! She treated our senior kitties with such care and even gave medication to one of our older kitties with no trouble. She was an excellent communicator, taking pictures and responding very quickly. She even left a little kitty toy that one of my girls really loved. She was very nice and easy to work with. I can't recommend her enough. We will definitely be requesting her next time we're out of town.

The reservation went well, because I had three kittens we had to work together to get the perfect service in place. Kat and the Meowtel representative did an amazing job of putting in place exactly what my kittens needed. And Kat is a wonderful cat person, the family was able to warm up to her in record time, she is very detailed and covered all the bases +. Kat was able to discern my anxiety from being away from my kittens and she ramped up the pictures, which was wonderful.
