I first fell in love with a cat at 8 years old. He was a family friend named Zorro and for some reason he decided to follow all of my instructions to jump on and off of things, I guess because he liked my reactions, because he did not do this for anyone else. Cats. I have loved many many cats since, and my friends can tell you about all of them in excruciating detail. If you're wondering, none of my other cat friends reliably (or sometimes ever) follow my instructions, but they are all perfect. I started cat sitting about 10 years ago, first for friends and friends of friends, and later moving on to a more app-based lifestyle. I've cared for kittens, senior kitties with special medical needs, cuddle buddies, cat-letes who require regular wand toy exercise, very shy kitties who want to come out of their shells and be besties, and very shy kitties who prefer their space. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
