Susie is above and beyond amazing. While out of the country my cat, Sloan, had to go to an emergency vet clinic which Susie generously offered to handle. We coordinated on the phone, she dropped off and picked up Sloan, she talked to the vet and nurses, got her medications, and administered them. Plus more. She also left notes for the evening cat sitter I needed to hire to give Sloan her nighttime medications. I felt soooo lucky and relieved that she was there and taking care of business. She is truly the best and was very sweet and incredibly flexible throughout the whole ordeal.

Susie did a great job of bonding with my 2 cats, taking time to engage them with their favorite daily activities of brushing and chasing their string toy. Very pleasant and friendly, Susie kept me informed every day on how the cats were doing, and shared pics and videos of them. Highly recommended!!

Susie was so amazing with our three kitties while we took a 3 day trip. It has been years since my husband and I were able to take a trip together, and Susie made us feel totally at ease that our cats were in good hands. A couple of our cats have some serious seperation anxiety, but did very well with Susie and seemed happy and playful when we got back! Susie updated us often with adorable pics of our babies. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Susie for all of your cat sitting needs. We are so thankful for her!

Susie was an excellent cat-sitter. My kitties feeding needs are complicated but Susie executed their routine like a champ. She's incredibly responsive and sent many photos and videos at every visit, reassuring me my kitties got the love they needed. She impressively bonded with my most ornery cat, who gets anxious when I'm gone and regurgitates frequently. Susie cleaned up all those messes without complaint.

The reservation process through the app is seamless. Susie responds fast and efficiently. She is absolutely fabulous with our kitty, Porter. he can take time to warm up but he was smitten right away. Updates were perfect, detailed and full of great photo and video clips. Now Porter misses seeing his Meowtel Bestie. We felt at ease leaving him with her even with Porter’s cancer/health issues. Fabulous!

Susie did a great job.. She sent videos of Millie which I enjoyed. She was consistent with her visits. So, Millie had a regular schedule. She’s extremely shy, so I was pleased she came out quite a bit. I will have her again for sure.

My cat Aelwynn loves Susie! She's a bit of a diva but I've seen her on Susie's lap and that's not usual! Aelfwynn is energetic and Susie makes sure she gets a little bit of play in during visits. Getting daily updates with photos and videos always put a smile on my face. Susie made sure Aelfwynn had her daily medication for 2 weeks while I was away this time, this is the second time I've hired Susie. As a bonus, she took excellent care of my plants, and everything looked great when I got home after a long trip, thanks Susie!

Susie is such a sweet, diligent, and communicative catsitter — I couldn’t imagine anyone better suited to this work! She’s gone above and beyond in making extra visits to my house to learn how to medicate my cat properly, and has always been very detailed in her updates, and sends plenty of photos and videos as well. My cat adores her and I always know she’s in good hands when I’m out of town. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Susie did such a great job caring for my three boys! They can be a bit of a handful (one is a kitten), and she really took the time to play with them while I was gone and try to get some of the wiggles out! She sent me amazing updates, and took care to carry out semi-complicated instructions (everyone has a different food right now!) perfectly. My trip was also right after the winter storm and Susie was so communicative and flexible regarding our meet and greet and emergency procedures if needed, which they weren’t, thank goodness! I will absolutely be booking Susie again next time I take a trip.

Susie was awesome! My Lil Ricky never comes out to visit anybody unless he knows them very well and he came out for Susie so she is magical! She sent me videos that made me feel comfortable with being away as I knew they were in great hands!!!
