Hello! My name is Megan, I'm 33 years old, and I have had cats my entire life. I have experience with taking care of my own and with taking care of cats for clients. I am a huge cat lover and have a lot of respect for their varying personalities. There are few things more satisfying than the "not-so-friendly" cat choosing you. I would love to cuddle and love on your kitties, but I understand that not all cats are on board with strangers. Therefore, I will scoop the litterbox, spend time playing with your cat, administer medication (pills/drops), or completely avoid your cat; whatever they need to be taken care of while you're gone! Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
