Caring for cats through their senior years and battling various diseases has afforded me specialized skills in administration of meds, subcutaneous fluids, adjusting diet, lifestyle management and environmental adaptations for sick cats... I had the privilege of being owned by two of the very best cats in the world for many years. I adopted my boys, brothers, as babies from a local shelter. They were one of the greatest joys of my life! Sadly, I lost one to cancer at age 11 and lost his brother at the ripe old age of 18 to CKD/cancer.
Caring for cats through their senior years and battling various diseases has afforded me specialized skills in administration of meds, subcutaneous fluids, adjusting diet, lifestyle management and environmental adaptations for sick cats. I am not a veterinary professional but I am happy to share what I’ve learned and know about caring for cats with special medical needs.
I have also volunteered at a local cat rescue caring for neonatal incubator babies.
I am looking to spend time caring for cats who may need some care and cuddles while their owners are away!
I am a warm, gentle person and a nanny by profession as my full time career (specializing in infant care). I know your cats are your babies, and I will give them the loving care they deserve while you are away.
I am fully COVID vaccinated and practice good hygiene and respect when in someone’s home.
I live in Bethlehem and look forward to meeting cats and their parents in my area!

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
I love getting to meet new feline friends and enjoy the process of getting to know them and their humans! I also take pride in the fact that owners can trust me and have peace of mind while they are away, knowing their pet’s well-being is paramount to me. I care for them just as I’d care for my own.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
My two very best boys were brothers, Sal & Mikey. I had the privilege of being their mom from the time I adopted them together at 8 weeks old until their old age. They were best friends and I loved watching them grow up together. They brought me so much joy and I can’t wait until the cat distribution system seeks me out again :)
What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?
After an initial chat, I love to meet with cat parents in person at their home to get hands on information about their cat’s routines, foods, medications and more. I think it’s important we get to know one another and I meet their fur babies before the first sit.

I have known Jill for over 30 years. Through that time I’ve seen her love and care for many animals, and she especially loves cats. She is nothing but kind and compassionate towards all animals. She has treated her own kitties as her family and gone above and beyond in providing amazing care for them. Jill is also extremely responsible, intelligent, and dependable. If asked to do something, she is always there. She has experience in caring for medically needy animals, including her own cats, who needed a lot of care and with volunteering with kittens who require hand feeding and care. I would never hesitate to have Jill watch over my cats and dogs, I would know they were getting all the love, snuggles, care, and treats just like I would give them.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.
