She took care of him like her own and provided us the peace of mind that he was in good hands until we could get back. Her extensive knowledge and experience with cat behavior is what alerted us to the problem and assured he got the medical care needed. This is the kind of sitter you want but is a rare find."

"Hillary was absolutely outstanding. She did a thorough meet and greet, took the time to introduce herself to my cats, and made sure she gathered all the information she needed before I left. While I was away, she truly went above and beyond, she gave my cats their own little vacation. She spent quality time with them brushing, playing, and interacting, not just stopping in for the basics. She sent detailed updates with photos and videos at every visit, which were exciting to receive and gave me total peace of mind knowing they were being cared for so well. One of my cats can be very moody and feisty, and Hillary handled him with incredible patience and understanding. She even checked in about my travel plans to make sure everything was covered until I was safely home. I couldn’t recommend her more highly."

I was stranded out of state during a major snowstorm, she was in the middle of the storm and still managed to calm my major anxiety about leaving my fur babies alone. Her communication is above and beyond, she truly cares about her clients, and she has seriously amazing intuition. She treats my cats as if they were her own, braving the elements to get to them as soon as she could. When she could have easily delayed or canceled a visit, she shoveled out her car early in the morning to check on my two divas. I couldn't be more grateful."

There was a winter storm while we were away which made us nervous but she still made it out. Our cat loved her and we will definitely use Rachel again in the future!"
