this was our first time using Meowtel and Max was AMAZING. sent pictures and updates frequently. He provided so many belly rubs to Woogie (it’s her favorite thing)

We like and appreciate Max's thoroughness. He pays attention to how much the cats eat (we have one cat who will eat his own and his brother's meal) and the litter level. When one cat threw up on a rug, Max located the cleaning solution and cleaned it up promptly. I highly recommend Max.

Max is wonderful with my elderly cat Rita who needs her meds at a specific day and time. He is super reliable, friendly and flexible when we needed something extra or different done. He developed a nice, trusting relationship with Rita in a very short period of time and she enjoys his visits. Max is great, so thankful to have found him!

Max was unbelievable! This was our first time using Meowtel and we didn't know what to expect but were blown away by how great he was. We had an unforeseen key emergency and Max took it upon himself to resolve everything and even stayed late to make sure that the kitties were okay. He was incredibly communicative and diligent and we would love to work with him again!
