Dione is indeed excellent. Thoughtful, detail oriented and great at administering meds for cats. My two are very particular and not super social with strangers, and she was able to get them everything they need while I was away. I could not be happier with her pet sitting service and will hire her again!!

Dione is a superb cat sitter. She interacts with my 2 cats each visit, and updates me re messages and photos. She is extremely neat and all of the feeding dishes are cleaned and stacked when I return. She loves the cat and the love is reciprocated. could not ask for a better catsitter.

Dione was our household’s first experience with a cat-sitter and to say our expectations were met or exceeded would be an understatement. From the meet-and-greet onward Dione’s commitment to assisting our fur family shone. The level of love and care given to our furry family was evident through our consistent communication and sharing of personalized content during our time away from home. Not only was routine upkept during our visit, medications were administered, and so much play with a brand new friend was had. As an anxious household, Dione did everything in their power to help build our confidence in traveling away from our companions.

Dione took great care with my extremely shy, new-ish cat, going beyond just changing food + litter to try creative approaches to socializing her. Dion's Meet & Greet was super-thorough, too--she asked questions, observed interactions, and brainstormed about some things that have tripped me up with getting my cat to settle in. Dione was superb at keeping me apprised of daily events with photos and videos -- great for peace of mind! Of course she kept my cat's stations tidy and fresh., too I'll definitely work again with Dione!

As always, communication with Dione was exceptional. She took great care with my shy cat and my home, and sent me video and image updates from each visit. She clarified things that were not clear in my instructions, and left my home and my cat's environment tidy. I love working with Dione!

This was our first experience with both leaving our cats for more than a couple of hours and hiring a catsitter. Dione instantly made us feel comfortable with her deep knowledge of, and engagement with, cats. Her updates were timely, funny, and loving. Even our shy senior girl would stick around to say hi to her! Dione also brought in a package from our porch, as well as our trashcans from the curb after garbage and recycling pickup. She is just an absolute pro, and we absolutely recommend her for anyone who may be feeling nervous about leaving their cats. We will absolutely be requesting her in the future!

Dione is the best! Beyond the basics, Dione talks and plays with the cats every time and has send us enough video footage of cats at play that we could out together a full-length documentary on our cats. :)

This was my second time booking with Dione and she again blew us out of the water. She was so on it with updates and pictures. this reservation didn't need meds administered, but my previous one did and she did amazing with that. our new young kitty is still pretty shy and Dione took time to get her to warm up to her. Dione is the purrfect cat sitter and her love of cats is evident. She went out of her way to be sure our cats had access to clean water by gifting us with a gallon water dish that refills automatically. She also surprised us with cute ceramic bowls and a rack that keeps the dishes off the ground, making it easier for them to eat. Dione sent plenty of pictures and videos, and was an excellent communicator throughout. I highly recommend Dione to take care of your cats.

We hired Dione for twice a day visits for a out a week while we were on vacation. We have an elderly cat that requires medication twice a day and a new kitten that needed as much love as possible. Dione went above and beyond with our furr babies and took so many extra steps that we never expected. We will definitely try hiring her again for our next big trip.

Perfect care as always! It was a rather last-minute request I made before the holiday, but she was available and very prompt. So very helpful. I could tell from the update pictures that my shy kitty (as well as the friendly one) seemed to remember her well. I felt very confident about Dione's good care for our kitties.

We had to find a sitter on a very short notice with a cat that's pretty involved, care-wise, and WOW, Dione did so above and beyond what we were hoping to have!! We are definitely going to keep in touch for our next time we need to leave, we've never experienced better care!

I work from home so naturally have two very clingy cats. when I need to leave town I wouldn’t bother with anyone else other than Dionne. I come home and it’s like I never left, the cats are happy and fed. it’s amazing. she’s very knowledgeable and even went the extra step to search my house for an elusive kitty she hadn’t seen in a few days.

Dione was very accommodating with keeping a consistent schedule, and based on the daily pictures/videos of the cats she sent me, you could tell the cats became very fond of her and were well taken care of. I would definitely hire her again in the future.
