I booked Jenny for 10 morning breakfast visits (6:00 AM - noon window) for my cat, Theo, but experienced major issues with her scheduling reliability. She consistently arrived well into the afternoon, significantly delaying his first meal of the day. When I addressed this, she stated that she prioritizes her other jobs over my booking. While she was proactive with basic tasks like refilling water fountains and scooping the litter box, camera logs showed she also failed to stay the required 20-minute minimum on 6 out of 10 visits, with one visit lasting less than 6 minutes. Ultimately, her poor time management and disregard for the contracted schedule make it hard to recommend her.

Jenny was amazing! made herself super available for a last minute reservation and came by the next day for a meet and greet! she was very responsive and helpful with making sure my kitties had everything they needed. she even noticed i was low on litter and brought the heavy bag up for me when i ordered more and cleaned up some out of litter box accidents. could not recommend enough!

Jenny did an excellent job caring for our cat, Moncha, while we were away from May 21 through June 3. She visited every day, gave Moncha plenty of attention and affection, refreshed her water, cleaned her litter box, and made sure she was comfortable and well cared for. Jenny also went above and beyond by taking care of things she didn’t have to do, such as removing a pumpkin from our back porch and even purchasing a roll of paper towels when needed. She kept us informed throughout our trip, letting us know when Moncha was running low on her beloved Delectables treats and providing regular updates with photos and videos. It was wonderful to see Moncha’s behavior becoming more relaxed and normal each day, which gave us great peace of mind while traveling. We are incredibly grateful for the care, attention, and kindness Jenny showed Moncha. We would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and dedicated cat sitter.

Jenny did a great job with the kitties, visiting every day and giving me detailed updates with lots of photos of the cats and their clean litter boxes and food and water. My mind was really at ease about leaving them for so long.

Jenny provided exceptional care for Sophie Luna by dedicating time to play with her, ensuring she received plenty of attention and exercise. She regularly cleaned her litter box to maintain a hygienic environment and topped off her water frequently to keep her hydrated in the warmth of this humid summer. Going above and beyond, the sitter created a comforting atmosphere, making sure Sophie felt safe and well-cared for throughout their time together.

Jenny was great again! She took wonderful care of my cat for the second time, communicated well / sent pics, and made me feel less guilty leaving my cat alone! thank you for being reliable and giving Dom love!

Jenny was super responsive throughout booking, meeting for the meet and greet and throughout each visit! she sent a bunch of photos each time she visited and confirmed which tasks (i.e. if she needed to refill litter, or confirming that medication had been successfully administered) had been completed! This was really appreciated as I am a first time cat owner and a control freak 😅but Jenny was amazing!

My normal cat sitter had an accident and was unable to make a scheduled visit so I had to look for a last minute replacement. I found Meowtel and Jenny, and it was such a great experience! Jenny was able to swing by for a meet and greet prior to my going out of town and was super flexible (as well as communicative) on timing. After meeting her, I knew my kitties would be in great hands. She sent timely updates while I was out of town and made sure the cats were well cared for, especially during a cold snap that caused our house to be pretty chilly. The cats seemed to like her a lot, even my shy boy! I will definitely be working with Jenny again in the future when I am traveling.

Jenny wasn’t as thorough as our past sitters have been. If we didn’t have cameras we wouldn’t have noticed she underfed our cat the first day despite talking at the met and greet and my leaving written instructions. She left a visit early, because she was late to something else. Overall she seemed checked out and inattentive.

Jennifer was great. She went above and beyond to help me - I had accidentally purchased the wrong food and she made an extra trip just to help me out. She sent pics and videos and gave Earl his eye drops when his eye got irritated. We couldn't have been happier with her.

Jenny went above in beyond in every way. She really took care of our home, our fur babies, taking out trash/cleaning up messes of our babies, and communicating with us as needed (even though my app wasn’t working she texted us pics/videos). We hope she is always available when we go out of town so our babies can get such amazing care again!
