"Aileen went above and beyond! This is our first experience with meowtel and her. Both kitties are seniors, so we booked her for overnights. Unfortunately, Alfie got sick a few hours before we had to leave, and I was really worried about him since he's so frail. Thankfully, Aileen was able to give the meds needed, and had great observation skills, noticed a change, alerted me, and I had her speak to the vet. She followed thru with vet's suggestions and Alfie finished the meds with no more problems. Our shy kitty, Harley ,got so comfortable with her that he even slept with her! The house was left in perfect condition too. We will definitely book her again!!"

"I could not have found a better cat sitter than Susan. It was clear from the initial meeting that Susan loved cats, understood cats, and knows her stuff when it comes to caring for them. She was also more than accommodating--she generously obliged me when, at the last moment, I asked if she might be able to come by twice each day rather than once as we had arranged. Thanks to Susan, I had a stress-free trip. Each day she took the time to send me a text about how my kitty was faring accompanied by a cute picture. And I knew if something unforeseen happened, my kitty would be in the most capable hands. I'll be calling Susan again. I highly recommend her."
