"Nathan always takes wonderful care of our kitty Nelson, and this time was no exception. Nathan sent plenty of (hilarious!) updates and photos of his adventures with Nelson, which we appreciated, and carefully followed our instructions. Unfortunately, Nelson had a little puke incident while we were gone, which Nathan (1) let us know about prompty, (2) did his best to clean up and (3) also amended his care to try to prevent further episodes. We felt bad about the inconvenience, but Nathan was really nice about it. I worry less about being gone when Nathan is around! 10/10, will continue to book again."

"I went on vacation for a week and was super nervous to leave my cat for the first time since I adopted him, he needs medication twice a day and I was weary to trust anyone to do it, but Heather was awesome, she took such amazing care of my boy & sent me updates everyday, it was such a relief to know he was in such amazing capable hands. Now I feel so much better about going away because I have someone I can trust to take the best care of my cat ☺️"
