What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I have been Cat sitting for 20 years, as well as dog and horse sitting. I am comfortable in all situations. I am also experienced in giving most medications.
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
I love to see my clients animals and my clients comfortable and happy in their home environments. As a pet owner who’s never had to board my animals I believe having your fur babies stay in their homes with consistent caregivers they can trust and feel safe with comforting to the whole family.
Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?
On the Holidays I have a client with two rescue cats that I care for. They both have such curious personalities and seem to take humor in my visits and put on a show of affection when I arrive. There is no greater reward.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
Autumn is a 13 year old RagDoll and still acts like a 4 year old she is playful, curious and thinks she’s a doggie Maddie is 8 and also a Rag Doll and she believes she’s Garfield
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?
Your cat sitter should be reliable, compassionate and competent. You should feel comfortable and confident in your choice to whom you let take care of your fur babies
What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?
Typically I like to do a home visit the first time with the owners depending on location I charge $20-25 fee for that visit. Which if hired over 2 sits will be deducted from final total.
How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?
Keeping the house as the owners set up upon departure for the animals is essential to keep consistent for the safety of there pets

I am available most Holidays throughout the year. Most Holidays my clients book at least a month or more in advance dw
What is your favorite cat toy?
All cats toys are wonderful depending on what each kitty prefers. My girls prefer the feathers and bells on a stick as well as the squeaky mouse.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
Cats that are particularly anxious need to meet you on their terms. Bringing a calm demeanor and soft voice are essential.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
