"I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tori! She truly went above and beyond and gave me complete peace of mind during a very stressful situation. My brother was away unexpectedly, and since he lives in Nashville and I’m in Tampa, I needed someone I could completely rely on to care for his cats. Tori was amazing from the very beginning. She was dependable, communicative, and incredibly helpful. She purchased food, litter, and other supplies they needed and let me reimburse her afterward, which made managing everything from another state so much easier. She took wonderful care of Ori, even brushing him, and sent me photos and updates so I always knew he was doing well. And then there was Link! Link had escaped from the apartment before Tori ever arrived on Day 1 and had been missing the entire time. Somehow, on Tori’s FINAL night, she spotted him outside my brother’s apartment and immediately called me. I still can’t believe she found him! It honestly felt like a miracle and was such an incredible relief. Tori did so much more than simply stop by and feed the cats. She genuinely cared about them and stepped in to help with whatever was needed. Being hundreds of miles away, I can’t adequately express how much it meant to have someone so trustworthy, attentive, and kind looking after everything. She gave me total peace of mind when I really needed it. I would recommend Tori in a heartbeat. She is absolutely wonderful, and we are incredibly grateful for her!"

She was also *extremely* communicative; she'll text you when she's on her way in/out, and she'll send multiple pictures or videos of her feeding your cat, cleaning the food bowls, putting things away, locking the door on the way out, etc. All of the updates put my mind at ease while I was out of town. She also went above and beyond in cleaning and vacuuming my rug when Gary spit up a hairball. I'd highly recommend Sarah and I'll definitely be booking her next time.
