I’m experienced with all stages of feline life, from energetic kittens to gentle senior cats. I understand that every cat requires patience, and I am more than happy to let them set the pace until they feel completely comfortable with me... As your pet sitter, it’s my goal to take care of your fur babies in the best way possible and leave you with total peace of mind! I’ve been an animal lover my whole life, but I have always shared a special bond with cats. I’ve owned five cats of my own over the years (along with several other kinds of animals) and enjoyed all of their unique personalities and quirks.
I’m experienced with all stages of feline life, from energetic kittens to gentle senior cats. I understand that every cat requires patience, and I am more than happy to let them set the pace until they feel completely comfortable with me.
During every visit, I will always:
• Scoop and tidy up litter box
• Feed them per your instructions and provide fresh water
• Give them their favorite treats (with your permission)
• Spend the remaining time playing with their favorite toys or offering gentle scratches!
• You can also count on me to send updates and plenty of photos during/after every visit!

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
My favorite part of cat sitting is learning about each cats unique personality and specific behaviors. It’s rewarding to connect with a cat and watch them get to know and trust me. I enjoy giving them cuddles, gentle scratches, and plenty of play time!
How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?
Safety and security are at the top of my priority list when caring for your fur babies. As a cat parent myself, I understand that owners put an immense amount of trust in their sitter. I will always double-check that all doors are locked before leaving. Additionally, any keys or entry codes will be kept private and secure.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
I have worked with many timid cats, and my primary goal is always to make sure they feel safe and comfortable. If I notice a cat backing up or hiding, I will give them space and sit on the floor nearby so they can get used to my scent and voice. I often use treats or toys to show that I’m a friend, not a threat! While this usually helps them open up, I never force an interaction. If they prefer to be left alone, I respect their boundaries. My hope is that with consistent, patient visits, they will learn to trust me over time!

Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
