This was my very first time using a cat sitter. I read all the reviews and decided that Lori would be the best sitter. I was so excited when the dates that I needed were available. We set up a meet and greet to go over all the details and of course to meet Dimi. I could tell that Lori was genuine and that she really took her job seriously. She sent me updates every day as well as photos. Being a cat person Lori could pick up on my cat’s mood during her visits and his eating habits. I felt that reassured that my Dimi was getting good care while I was away. I will DEFINITELY ask Lori to sit with my Dimi again. I feel lucky to have found her.

Lori was absolutely fantastic! I ran into a huge hiccup trying to get home and asked her if there was anyway she could check on my boys one last time. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
