Lori took great care of our two cats. Her communication and photos/videos made us feel so much better about being away. She spent time playing with our very active kitty to make sure she burned off her energy and gave our grumpy cat space to warm up at his own pace. We will definitely use Lori in the future!

Lori did a great job with our four cats! We are sort of helicopter parents since 3/4 of our cats are over 10 and a couple have health conditions that need management and careful attention. She did a great job keeping us updated and seeking advice when needed. We felt assured that they were being well cared for while we were away and came home to four happy, healthy kitties! Lori was absolutely amazing! It was our first time leaving our kittens home alone, and she not only bonded with them but made us feel like they were more at home with her! We've had Lori watch our cats several times now, and all 3 love her! Our place is always tidy when we get home, and the cat bowls are in the dishwasher loaded impeccably (lol iykyk) We always love the pictures and videos sent, we miss our babies so much when we're away so we always look forward to that. Our kitties loved Lori. She was very attentive and sweet with them. She followed instructions, made sure they played, got treats and took medicine. Lori gave me detailed updates and cute photos daily. We had to switch feeding methods during our trip for the medicated diet and Lori was very accommodating and helpful. Lori was amazing with my two cats. They bonded with her right away, even my shy kitty who usually hides from strangers! She made sure they had plenty of food, water, and scritches. She also made it work when my litter robot kept malfunctioning. She was excellent with sending me daily updates and lots of pictures while I was away. It really put my mind at ease. The reservation went exceptionally well and even before Lori we did a meet and greet. She took detailed notes of Laverne and Shirley’s feeding schedule and history. I let her know that they were rescues and been through a lot. She did a great job with being compassionate with both them. We set up a meet and greet to go over all the details and of course to meet Dimi. I could tell that Lori was genuine and that she really took her job seriously.
