This was my first time using Meowtel. To my knowledge, Melissa essentially did what was needed and I appreciated her flexibility when I needed to modify my reservation two days before it began. I came back to my house with almost everything as I expected after a weeklong trip, though overall I would have liked more communication while I was away, which is why I only gave 3 stars. My past pet sitters have given me more detailed updates about what they did during the visit and how the cat is doing, so I was surprised to mostly only receive photos and very short messages about him.
