Pauline is the best cat sitter I have had hands down. I went on a week long cruise with my family, and hired Pauline to take care of my cats. Between all of the pet sitters we hired across our various households we all agreed that Pauline was the best. She was extremely communicable. Everyday when she arrived I received a message that she was there, pictures of the litter boxes, and empty food bowls (as proof of life photos since kitties can be skittish and may not come out of hiding when a sitter visits). This was great so I could continue to monitor their food intake and outtake. She would then update with pictures of the clean boxes, and refilled food, as well as videos and pictures of the cats if they came out of hiding. She kept me updated on their water fountain, ensuring it stayed on and clean. And finally updated when she left. This gave me such great peace of mind that my cats were okay while I was gone! I knew that my kitties were well taken care of and loved having such detailed updates! She really took her time with my kitties, and let them move at their own pace. Booking a pet sitter online can feel like such a vulnerable thing. You are not just entrusting the care of your beloved cats, but also with access to your personal space. Pauline made this as comfortable as possible. I never once had to worry that she forgot or that she wasn't giving my cats the attention they needed. I would 100% book with Pauline again, and to anyone who made it to the end of this review you should to. You will not regret it!

Pauline did an excellent job taking care of our outside kitty who is not fond of humans! We are out in the country and I had a difficult time not only finding someone who understood outside cats but also someone who didn’t just use AI to write their bio. I was immediately impressed by Pauline’s profile and felt very confident about her abilities of cat care. We had a meet and greet first so she would know where everything was and she asked about kitty’s schedule. She was very communicative each day, letting me know when she was on her way and providing picture updates which made us all feel very comfortable with kitty’s care. She was here, every day, on time, rain or shine! She also provided cool water and showed genuine care for our funny little outside gremlin! A+ gold stars and definitely recommend her for any and all cat needs!

I was nervous to leave my cats for a long trip, Pauline put me at ease. took detailed notes during the home visit, and was amenable to last minute simple requests. we've had a hard year as a family and she took it upon herself to vacuum, clean the litter stations we have, and help rid the house of flies that crept in. she sent detailed video/picture updates of intake and output, clean litter stations and refilled feeders daily. she took the time to get to know our cats and they truly seemed to enjoy her company and attention. she is kind, thoughtful, detail oriented, and great with the cats. Definitely have a new repeat customer!

Pauline was very thorough and met my kitties needs while I was away for a week. my cat isn’t the friendliest and Pauline did her very best to make my her feel comfortable while I was away. I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more. litter box was spotless, feeder and water tank were cleaned every day, and my baby was well fed. I received videos and pictures with updates every day.

Pauline has done an exceptional job taking care of my little ones during my trip. She has sends great photos and provides descriptive updates on the status of the kitties. Pauline has followed all provided instructions and took the extra effort to tidy up the place to allow the cats to feel safe and comfortable. Pauline is absolutely the best! This was our first time leaving our young cat and she couldn’t have been in better hands. Pauline took great care of our cat, playing with her, making sure she was fed and watered properly, took care of our outdoor plants, as well as our pet fish! Pauline is thorough and very communicative, so we had no worries while we were out of town. Our cat enjoyed her company and felt at ease whenever Ms. Pauline visited! Pauline was an absolutely AMAZING cat sitter. She went above and beyond all my expectations for caring for my kitties. Among the general day to day care she would also took the time to get to know each of my cat’s personalities and habits and noted to me anytime something might have seemed off. Pauline wrote and sent me very detailed updates each day which was very much appreciated while our family was away. Pauline helped keep my worried mind at ease and I could tell my kitties loved their time playing with her each visit and I’m sure they felt more at ease as well. Especially since I do have one very anxious kitty, but even they seemed to have warmed up to Pauline during her visits. Pauline is very responsive.
