Alanna did a great job checking on our cat while we were out of town for a week, making sure she stayed fed with plenty of water and a clean litter box. We loved the videos that she sent us! Alanna watched my cats for three weeks while I was out of the country. She already knew that cat sitting is more than filling food bowls and cleaning litter boxes, and was excited to spend quality time playing with them and just being near them for a few hours each day. The night before my flight, we took my cat to the emergency vet -- it turned out she had a UTI. I have never dealt with this with a cat before, and I was on the verge of cancelling my flight, but Alanna reassured me that she would take great care of my cats, and she did! She made sure to apply medicated wipes and give me daily updates, plus she requested the emergency vet's number just in case.

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
