Jean is fantastic! I immediately recognized that I was leaving my little guy in the hands of a true cat lady who cared about his well-being as much as I do. Jean sent daily updates with pics and videos and it was obviously at was happy to see her and getting lots of TLC. I think he missed her when I returned!

Jean was all around phenomenal. From the beginning, we got explicit confirmation from her that she was all set to take care of our babies and I had to add on more days which went without problem! We got pictures every day to see how happy our cats were. They were in good hands, clearly! Our apartment was well taken care of when we got back - the cats even tried to take apart my fall decorations and Jean nicely moved away all those torn down pieces. When we arrived home, we had much much less to do compared to other sitters! The water bowl was filled and their liter boxes cleaned. The cats were much less anxious when we arrived home. They looked happy and content. Definitely trust Jean and will book with her again!
