She was dependable, accurate with their medications, and communicative with us. She was observant, kept her word in cleaning their box, refilling water, and cleaning up after their meals. "Jodi is extremely cognizant, detailed, and dependable. Every pet owner dreads leaving their fur babies when they’re away, but Jodi eased the anxiety for me and took such great care of my cats, and sent endless photos and updates! I have a particular case because I have five cats - four are my own, one of which has special needs, and one foster cat; all together required tremendous work, time, and commitment. She expressed my special needs cat’s bladder three times daily and changed his bandages/provided wound care every other day. She had some experience with this, but became an absolute pro during this process. I was able to relax while I was away, knowing they are well taken care of and spoiled. Jodi genuinely treated my cats like her own and it shows. She was also so flexible when our departing and arriving flight got delayed. She’ll be my go-to pet sitter going forward!"

Benjamin will hide under the covers, but if the blankets are gently lifted to where he can be seen, he will bolt to a different hiding place. When Briana came over for two consecutive days, she sent me pictures of Tucker letting her pet him and Benjamin staring at her from under the covers without bolting. It brought me such peace and comfort to see how my cats were responding to Briana‘s patience and gentleness with them. Thank you so much, Briana, for miraculously connecting with my babies. 🐈⬛"
