My experience with cats include, giving them medicine both creams and pills. Making sure they have their daily exercise. I can handle cats that are not friendly or aggressive.

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I have been cat sitting professional for 6 years. For friends and family I have been cat sitting for 10. I have experience with all different types of cats. So my knowledge, patience and love span over many different breeds and personality types.
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
I enjoy when cats climb on my lap and purr and I get to pet them. It is very relaxing. I also enjoy when they get a wild hair and get the zoomies. It's like they are doing cat paw-core.
Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?
One of my favorite reservations was these 2 kittens that were not very social. I sat on the ground took off my shoe and waited. They immediately took an interest in my shoes and started rolling round on and in them while kicking at the laces.
Are you usually available during holidays?
I am available during the holidays. Availability is limited because I account for layovers and travel delays. Leaving a spot open the next day just in case a client get stuck somewhere, you don't have to worry about your fur-mily.

Melody is very responsible and spends quality time with both of my kitties. She sends me cute photos of both cats. She brings inside any packages off the front porch and also takes care of my trash and/or recycling receptacles when asked. She will water any plants if needed. I have always been very pleased with her loving care.

This was an abrupt reservation due to a sitter cancelation. I was so greatful to find Melody and meowtel. My kitty is quite shy and she did a great job getting him to come out of his shell while I was away. Would absolutly use her again.

If it doesn't feel like a purrfect fit after a Meet & Greet or during a reservation, our support team is here to help at 1-844-Meowtel (1-844-636-9835). We'll take time to understand what happened and help you consider next steps, which could include help with a new reservation.
Haltom City cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $28.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
Cats are territorial animals and don't do well in new environments. The presence of other cats, dogs, and even birds in kennels or animal hotels cause an immense amount of stress. This is why Meowtel was created, so tailored in-home care is brought to you.
We recommend booking daily visits to keep your cats in their routine and help minimize feline anxiety while you're away.
Each visit typically includes: feeding, refreshing water bowls, litter box scooping, tidying up, medications, updates with photos, lots of playtime, and any special requests. Ask your sitter about a Meet & Greet!
