Alex did a great job of taking care of our two cats. As per the instructions we gave, she came by once a day and ensured the litterboxes were clean, cats were properly fed, and even played with the cats. She provided daily video and photo updates of the cats as well. Our two cats seemed very comfortable around her and were well taken care of. We even noticed that the trash had been taken out when we got home, which was very much above and beyond what we expected and was greatly appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend Alex and will definitely book with her again when we go out of town.

Alex is amazing, she's taken care of Lotus on numerous occasions now and every time it's been a perfect experience.
