Alex is super reliable. My cats got adjusted to her very fast, specially the boy, who is not easy to get his affection. She followed the requests perfectly and even helped us when the cold front came and we were so afraid of power outages, heat and water for our babies. my favorite is the reports with pictures and videos of their daily routines. I have always struggled to give my cat her oral medicine, it has been one of the hardest things for my cat and myself. Alex came to the rescue and has been administering the medicine to our cat, I am very grateful to have found Alex to help us in this time of stress.
