Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

We have a fiesty tortie whose name is Shepard (Mass Effect). If you know torties, they definitely have a unique personality. She has plenty of toys that she doesn't play with, and loves boxes. We also have a senior Siamese, she's nearly 20 years old and in great health! Both love cat treats and pets

Are you usually available during holidays?

I work a Monday through Friday job, and I am available evenings and weekends. I am off major holidays and can be available!

What is your favorite cat toy?

I think a cardboard box is the best cat toy! Our cat definitely gets the look in her eye with a new box. She's a little chunky, and it's funny to see her try out different size boxes.

Lorena watched all our babies while we were gone for 11 days. She's take. the time to coax out the shy ones and built trust with the skittish ones. Even our grumpy old girl will get up for belly rubs from her. She's a wonderful communicator and sends lots of pictures too. We appreciate her so much!

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
