I especially appreciated how quickly Lizzie was able to adjust to unexpected changes to my cats' feeding routines, as well as how she was able to make some good adjustments when the cats weren't responding well initially to new food. In addition, she provided meaningful updates to me on a daily basis; finally, my cats are quite shy, and one of them came out almost daily with her. This was great and made us feel confident in who we were letting in our house without us there. She did everything we asked of her and stayed for the duration that we paid for. She sent us pictures and messages on when she was about to get there and when she was done. I would use her again if I need to hire someone again."

When she first came over for the meet and greet, she took it at our most shy kitty's pace and let all of them get comfy with her. During that time, our shyest boy even came out of his safe spot to eat, which is pretty unheard of - so I knew we were leaving our boys in great hands! Over the days we were gone, the updates we got from Joy were so great! She kept us updated on how the boys were eating and interacting with her, and BOTH of our shyest boys had gotten comfortable enough to let her see AND pet them! That is absolutely a first in our house, and honestly, I think when possible we'll plan trips for when Joy is available to watch the boys because knowing that they are comfortable makes enjoying a trip SO much easier!"
