I usually recommend one morning and one evening visit each day. I’ll feed your purr baby/babies, provide fresh water, scoop the litter box(es), and brush or play with your cat(s). If they take oral or topical medication or vitamins, I can handle that, too, and I can even give insulin injections. 💊💉👍 Once you make your initial reservation booking with me, I’ll message you to schedule a free 30-minute Meet & Greet. ⏰ During this visit to your home, I’ll get to meet you and your purr baby/babies and learn the details of what I need to know to ensure a successful experience for all. 😺 This is also the time you’ll give me a copy of your house key or a keyless entry code (and security alarm code, if applicable) to use while I’m cat-sitting for you. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
