I have 3 kitties. Fenix is a two year old void. Cyman is my ten year old gingersnap.. Rocky is my four year old rescue ginger. Joboo and Ernie are my angel kitties who spent 20 and 16 years with me, respectively, before crossing the rainbow bridge.

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

I like to do an in person visit to meet everybody and learn the routine.

I am usually available during holidays.

What is your favorite cat toy?

My favorite cat toy is any that the kitty will fetch and being back. Both Cyman and Fenix play fetch.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

Patience is key. I like to take my time with timid kitties. I use their name and offer treats, if allowed.

Kristi took over a reservation when my original sitter could not complete the reservation for factors out of her control. I was super impressed with how she handled the situation and she kept really good communication and sent updates frequently. my cat is elderly , needs insulin and Kristi took over the job easily. she even bought a brush and got out all the matted hair I was working on prior to my vacation. will definitely book her in the future!

Kristi is the purrfect cat sitter. My kitty is almost 20 years old and has a finicky appetite, and also does not trust everyone. She took to Kristi right away and their time spent together was optimal. Kristi sent pictures of her, the cat box and the food every day. She left the house the way she found it. Constantly updating and providing the necessary care and going out of her way to assist. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
