Meow there! My name is Diane, I love cats, and every cat I meet has a special place in my heart. Like Forrest Gump, I've done a bit of everything in this life: Served in the ARMY Reserve, very active on short length orders for 4 years, worked as a Radiology Technologist, also as a Nurse Assistant in the same hospital both simultaneously for 7 years. Some health issues made me move to Texas with a 7-year-old (Y si se te hace más fácil, también hablo español) and with my rescued cat Venus in 2015, then met my now husband, who had a cat also named Suzú, and together we formed a beautiful family. As time went by we have rescued 4 more cats, Luna (who suffers from hyperesthesia), Mimi (who is asthmatic), and lastly Rebel and Raven (brother and sister). So yes... I'm your true Cat Lady with 6 Cats! I've been having cats since my early teen years so I have over 20 + years of experience with cats alone. I understand how difficult is to find the right person that can lovingly take care of our little babies and I know that every cat has a different character. She goes above and beyond to provide photos when she sees the cats, photos of the work she did (cleaning boxes, filling water bowls, checking food bowls). Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation
and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any
earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation
rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50%
of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48
hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and
the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
