Shannon is the best cat sitter. I can always count on her to take the best care of my cats while I am gone. She is great with communication and keeping us updated on everything going on with our cats after her daily visits. We were gone during an ice/snow storm and she treated my cats like her own making sure they still got taken care of even though it was difficult to get to our house during bad weather. It was greatly appreciated and makes it much easy to take trips now that I know I have her to care for our cats.

Shannon went above and beyond for our girls. She made sure they were played with, fed well, and their litter boxes were clean. Our most skittish cat warmed up to her and loved her visits. Shannon took pictures and sent us great status text on every visit.

I'm so happy I found Shannon to watch our baby girl, Kasumi. She was excellent with communication, times, and keeping Kasumi well loved and entertained. And that was much appreciated as we missed our cats little face and seeing her happy made us happy while we were away. Shannon delivered again! I had surgery and had to be at the hospital by 5am. way too early to give our boy his meds. Shannon is amazing! I highly recommend her services. I previously used another pet service that was mediocre compared to hers. Shannon provided the best care for my kitties that I've ever experienced. She genuinely cares about the cats and the homes they live in. I went on a five-day trip and had no worries knowing my babies were receiving the best care. Shannon provided plenty of updates and a ton of photos, and the pictures of my kitties were perfection. My cat, TJ, is 13 years old and suffers from hyperthyroidism. He requires two pills a day, every 12 hours. It's clear that Shannon is very passionate about cats, as she came to my home twice a day at the exact same time to give TJ his medication. I love her service! I also recently got a kitten to lift TJ's spirits, which has worked wonderfully. Shannon offered helpful advice for caring for the kitten and even brought some supplies. Additionally, she kindly reset the clocks in my kitchen, which I hadn’t had a chance to do after moving, and she managed to remove a stain from my counter. Overall, Shannon’s services are phenomenal!

Shannon was wonderful and exceptional! Took very good care of our two girls and also helped out with other stuff such as our mail packages and our pet fish… our vacation was worry free knowing our girls were looked after! 1000% recommend!

We love Shannon! Our two kitties are very social and dependent on routine. Shannon went above and beyond to make sure they were happy and well-cared for. Our shy boy warmed up to her almost immediately. We got great pictures and updates throughout the week to reassure us that they were happy and healthy. Shannon made sure to check the robot litter box daily, cleaned and refilled the water fountain, made sure the dry food dispenser was in working order, and fed the boys wet food each day. It gives us great peace of mind to know our boys are in such great hands while we are away.

I was beyond pleased with Shannon's personality, communication both verbally & in text and interaction with my furr babies. She managed every detail as I requested & even had to be a bit creative with getting my senior kitty to eat. Her text was filled with logistical details & heart warming kitty details that helped me be at ease being away. She brought a kitty toy to get my furr babies to come out of their hiding places & play with her. I enjoyed & felt pretty at ease at my initial meeting with Shannon. My kitties were happy when i got home, but everything looked like I had been home. If we need another pet sitter, she will be my 1st choice. Incredible sitter 💕!! Shannon went above and beyond every single day she watched over our kitties. She sent incredibly detailed reports and tons of awesome high-quality pictures every visit. Not only did she do the basics perfectly (litter-robot/food/water), but she fixed things that were askew, grabbed mail/put it into a great spot away from kitties, and asked questions when something seemed out of place. She also spent TONS of time playing with the kitties, both actively and with puzzles, which is amazing given that our kitties our slow to warm up and come out with new people! Shannon is phenomenal. My older and antisocial female cat was recently diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and has to take medication twice a day. I was very anxious having to leave her for a trip. Enter Shannon, who was able to get her to warm up enough to take her medication and even show herself, albeit from afar. Shannon was also great with her updates and general kitty care--and the photos were the highlight of my day. My other cat is super friendly and made up for miss sass, enjoying all the love Shannon had to offer. I highly recommend Shannon!

Our boy needs oral meds twice a day. He hides from anyone but us, so it has been hard finding a solution that will allow us to travel. I am so grateful we found Shannon! Our shy girl came out immediately to meet her and our boy followed quickly. she gave his meds at our meet and greet and we promptly scheduled two visits back to back to see how it went. Shannon was successful both times and sent lots of photos and updates, making us very comfortable that are babies were in good hands. Our boy has epilepsy and has several minor focal seizures each month. Shannon observed one in process, handled it and immediately let us know. He recovers within moments and she stayed a little longer to make sure he was okay. She played and sent lots of pics of both kitties. I have already booked Shannon for for our first getaway since he was diagnosed in 2021 and I look forward to taking the step to get back normal life and travel. This is our 8th time with Shannon. She is awesome with our cat, sends lots of pictures and playfulness reports, and pays attention to his needs: plays when he wants to play, cuddles when he needs cuddles. When it's very hot outside, she is proactive to put paw butter on his paws and sends pictures of his shiny happy beans!

Shannon is AMAZING! She did two visits per day, for ten days, while we were out of town. Two of our three cats require twice-daily medication, and Shannon was diligent about making sure they got their meds, even if they weren't being totally cooperative. We got lots of pictures and updates, including shots of the cats getting some extra love. She was even kind enough to shut off our water for us (and the shutoff is NOT easy to get to) when our pipes froze during a cold snap, and then brought bottled water for the cats for the rest of her visits. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

Shannon was awesome with our cat! She visited 2xday, 20 mins each visit. She sent pictures & updates. He is normally skittish around new people. She made him feel comfortable and he warmed up well: he came to her call and got pets & brushing. He was in great spirits when we returned. So grateful!

In past reviews, I think I’ve already used every amazing adjective to describe Shannon and how well she takes care of our senior cats. Suffice to say, we trust her implicitly with our elderly fur babies (and our old, temperamental house). We make our travel plans based on her availability - Shannon is a treasure!

I feel like Shannon is a member of the family now! After 3 trips in 3 months our kitties have come to love her and are no longer suspicious of the person that comes over when their parents are not home. Our special needs boy used to hide under the bed and Shannon had to find a way to get him out and give him his meds twice a day.
