Thanks to Kacee's gentle and kind approach, Mia warmed up to her within the first day or two, which almost never happens! It was such a relief to be able to leave without worrying about my cat at all. Kacee went above and beyond by grabbing my mail when a package arrived, and she sent me daily written updates with photos, which meant the world to me while I was away. My cat (Kitty) is very skittish and has never approached any stranger during the time I've had her, but Taylor was patient and gained my cat's trust by locating where she was hiding and encouraging her to come out with treats until she was able to gain her trust and friendship–a happy Kitty sidling up to Taylor as a friend. I was honestly amazed at my cat's progress. Taylor kept me up to date with texts & photos, letting me know when she arrived & left, and keeping me appraised of Kitty's progress. I would without hesitation use Taylor again to take care of Kitty. I don't think you could find anyone more considerate and concerned about taking care of your own cat. Absolutely wonderful job!"
