Monique did a fantastic job taking care of my 2 cats recently! I’m a 1st time Meowtel user and feel so lucky to have found Monique! She came for 2 meet and greets., followed all my directions explicitly, gave medication to my cat, sent videos and pictures while I was away. My cats loved her. Monique is an excellent cat sitter! She was respectful of our home when coming into feed and care for our two cats. She is well versed with feedings, changing water bowls, cleaning boxes, and enjoys playing and petting the cats she is visiting. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
