I'm a small business owner. I take care of ad... I've had a close bond with cats since childhood. They tend to feel especially comfortable around me and several of my clients have dubbed me a “cat whisperer”. I've been petsitting for family, friends and friends of friends for over 15 years. I love all animals but cats are my area of expertise!
I'm a small business owner. I take care of admin from my laptop around the house. I work outside the home as well, and my schedule varies seasonally. My flexible career allows me to spend lots of time with your fur babies.
I have a good sense of how to approach cats to put them at ease. As a lifelong cat parent, I also have an informed awareness of safety hazards and health concerns.

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I’ve been cat sitting for 15 years. It began naturally when I was asked by friends and family. They thought of me because they knew how well I connect with cats and that I take great care with my responsibilities. I’ve been cat sitting professionally for 3 years and find it to be incredibly fulfilling.
Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?
Some of my favorites are a family of cats whom my client rescues specifically from tough situations. Her big heart is inspiring and it’s amazing how happy, healthy and loving these kitties have become in her care, despite their difficult pasts. - it’s hard to choose a favorite though! I have several 😻
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I do! Luca and Sofia are my sweet babies. They are in good hands with my family when I care for other kitties. Luca is mostly Russian Blue while Sofia is a Tuxedo kitty. Sofia is the alpha of our household and is very loving when she wants to be. Luca is always underfoot. He doesn’t usually sit in laps but doesn’t let us out of his sight either. He is a sweet silly boy.

Tasha is amazing with our seven cats. A few of them are pretty timid and come out for her when she is here feeding them (she just has that special touch with animals). She goes above and beyond with her visits (bringing in packages, doing dishes and laundry, keeping things tidy around the house if the cats make a mess). We were gone for ten days and besides some tumbleweeds of fur blowing around from our babies, the house and the cats were well taken care of while we were away. We will definitely look to book Tasha again the next time we are gone!

I wasn't sure i needed a cat sitter, but I sure am glad I decided to. The automatic litter box stopped working and ants found a way into the house and the cat food. I sure am happy I hired Tasha! If she hadn't been there every day, it would have been bad.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.
