My cat Luna is often anxious and afraid but, while I was away Sarah had the ability to convince Luna to come out from under the bed and play. Further, Sarah went above and beyond every day to help care for Luna.

We were stressed when we moved to Richmond three weeks ago because we were losing our cat sitter of 10 years. We do not like to board our cats as they are happiest in their own home when we are gone. We found Sarah through Meowtel and she was great; as she is owned by three cats herself, she understands their needs. The girls were a bit shy because of all the recent change but Sarah was patient and great that my shy girl finally warmed up to her on day 3. Highly recommend Sarah and Meowtel. Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
