"It was our first time with Sarah and aa it turns out, one of our cats, had been in and out of the UrgentVet and our own vet and we were still not sure what was going on. All we knew was that she wasn't eating. Finally, the day before we discovered a few things she would eat to keepher going for the overnight trip. Sarah was great! She gave us reports on all three cats, especially Spice. She gave Spice her medicine and sent pictures showing everyone eat. lt was reassuring that our babies were well looked after while we were gone. We look forward to using her again!"

"Andrew did a fantastic job and I’ll definitely book him again. I had several sitters cancel because I was too far away down in Midlothian, so he really came through. He was extremely careful with following my instructions and asked good questions when I wasn’t clear. I have tricky cats with odd needs, but he did everything I asked and some things I forgot, like taking the garbage can to the street. I had to make a bunch of changes to the reservation and he was very flexible in working with me and adjusting his schedule. He put in extra effort to deal with my cats when they were being ridiculous and I really appreciated that."
