Experienced Cat-sitter in Virginia Beach 🐾! Cats have been a big part of my life from the moment I was born and I have always had a deep, nurturing love for anything feline. I am originally from NYC, where I pursued a career with ASPCA in the Kitten Nursery facility for 3-4 years. There, I learned to care for neonates and received bottle-feeding training, as well as handling protective Queens. I would say, with little to no exaggeration, that the number of cats I have cared for in my lifetime have well entered the thousands. As a caregiver there, I became familiar with recognizing medical conditions or when something was abnormal with their behaviors as well as thoroughly caring for 20-30 litters during my overnight shift. I have completed some Vet courses at Mercy College to help myself better understand animal behaviors, medications, and disease processes. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
