Julie came prepared, asked thoughtful questions, and took detailed notes to make sure she understood his routine and needs. She even offered to turn lights on throughout the house while we were away to make it look occupied. Although we already have automated lighting, I really appreciated her thoughtfulness and willingness to go above and beyond. My cat requires daily medication, so finding someone attentive, responsible, and dependable was especially important to me. Julie exceeded my expectations! She was consistent with our agreed-upon visit times and sent daily videos, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while we were away. What impressed me most was the genuine care and affection she showed my little guy. She even brought her own cat toys to help bond with him!
