Another great visit with the cats and Jessie! This was our first longer trip away from our newly adopted cat and we knew Jessie would give the support needed to make sure our new little girl felt safe and taken care of while we were away!

The reservation process was quick and easy. I initially made an error when reserving my dates, but I was able to cancel and reschedule with the correct dates quickly. Jessie responded almost instantly to my request and an initial meeting was scheduled. For the actual cat-sitting period, Jessie demonstrated timely communication, keen attention-to-detail, and warmth and concern for our cats. It was apparent our cats, even our shy and skittish cat, absolutely loved Jessie.

Jessie is a fabulous cat and house sitter! This time, Jessie came in twice daily and the middle day we were gone three times. She took great care of our cat and tried her very best to get our cat to come out of her shell! Jessie went above and beyond while caring for my cat. During a fire alarm in my building, she quickly evacuated my cat in her carrier to her car, keeping her safe. She also cleaned up after my cat when she had an upset stomach and was flexible enough to add an extra day at the last minute. Jessie’s care, quick thinking, and reliability were outstanding—I highly recommend her!

Jessie did wonderful with our two cats. This was the second time she’s spent with time with them and by the end of the week she was able to get our shyest cat to feel comfortable coming out and exploring. She provides detailed updates and photos of the day. She takes the time to make sure the cat(s) are comfortable and can get acquainted with her without pushing them too far. She even left a jacket for the cats to smell so they would be more familiar with her! Jessie has been awesome.

Jessie is such a blessing to our lives. We have been always anxious about going on vacation for leaving our babies out too long, so we finally tried Meowtel. I believe Jessie is a perfect match to our kitties! We knew from the meet n greet that it was gonna be a smooth day for our kitties. Jessie is a fantastic caregiver! The daily reports and photos/videos were incredibly detailed and showed that she really enjoys her job. Our playful girl was well entertained and our shy boy was given his space, as requested. I will definitely book Jessie again for future needs and highly recommend her. You won't be disappointed!

Jessie did a great job looking after our 3 cats while we were away! She took extensive notes during our meet and greet and was very mindful of our cats routines and quirks. In addition to their food, water and litter needs, Jesse played and socialized with our cats every day. She quickly won over our shyest cat after a couple visits. Also she sent us detailed updates and adorable photos and videos every visit, putting our minds at ease while we traveled.

Jessie did a wonderful job with the updates displaying what our cats did/didn’t eat of their meals. Our cats are rather shy and uneasy around strangers. Despite that, one of them felt comfortable enough to come out (albeit with growling). Jessie puts care into what she does and took down notes at the initial meet and greet. She provided detailed updates with not only the food status but also the interactions with the cats and their litter box usage.

It was our first time to leave our cats for an extended period of time. We had a great experience with Jessie & she followed all the instructions. Jessie was very caring, shared detailed updates as well as videos of both my cats. Though one of my cat is little apprehensive of new faces, but I was pleasantly surprised that he was happy and continuously played with Jessie. It was clear that both my cats enjoyed her company. We’re so glad that we found Meowtel and Jessie to take care of our cat, Ringo for a few days! He was shy at first, and hid in the back room.
