Aside from having my own family cats all my life, I’ve also volunteered at local humane societies, fostered kittens and antisocial cats, fostered cats with special/medical needs, and have cat- sit for many people on my orbit... Hello! My name is Rhiannon and I’m a big fan of cats. I’ve had cats all my life (was practically raised by them) and I’m fluent in cat language - the tail flicks, the ear positions, the various meows - I get it and respect it! I’ve even taught my husband cat language and he’s fully come to the dark side.
Aside from having my own family cats all my life, I’ve also volunteered at local humane societies, fostered kittens and antisocial cats, fostered cats with special/medical needs, and have cat- sit for many people on my orbit.
I genuinely care for the wellbeing of animals and can be trusted in your home with your precious pets. I will spend quality time tending to their social, medical, and housekeeping needs and anything else we agree to at our meet and greet.
I am proficient at caring for kittens, seniors, difficult cats, cats with medical care needs, and families of cats. You will receive photos and updates at each visit (if you wish) and a guarantee that your cats’ needs are being met with compassion and thoroughness.
I serve Everson, Deming, and east Bellingham. I serve wider Whatcom County beyond these locations for a slightly larger visitation fee.

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I have been cat sitting for a decade for people in my community, mostly via word of mouth recommendations and I have experience with all sorts of cat personalities and situations.
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
I love getting to work directly with cats and spending some quality time with different cat personalities. I enjoy being thorough and making sure an animal is content and well cared for.
Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?
My most memorable cat sitting reservation was with 2 cats - one of which was hairless, which was a first for me. This cat was extremely affectionate and friendly and always waiting at the top of the stairs like a sphinx when I arrived. It was so funny and fun to make friends with this quirky cat and get used to cuddling and petting an animal with no fur!

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
